With our management services, the Association can choose from one of their own vendors or one that we have an established relationship with. We do not have a financial interest in any of the vendors that would provide product or services to the community. We do this so we can maintain our independence and provide impartial service to all of our clients.
As part of our management services we will work with the vendor of choice to complete the repair or maintenance at hand. In addition our staff includes those with prior hands on construction experience, and also homeowners themselves. These internal resources are proven to be useful when trying to find an efficient and cost effective way for ongoing maintenance and repair projects.
